摘　　要：条件价值评估法(CVM)是评价生态系统非使用价值的主要方法之一,三江平原湿地是黑龙江省重要的湿地资源,具有巨大的使用价值和非使用价值,通过支付卡式调查问卷,调查得出三江平原湿地资源的人均支付意愿为64.57元.年-1,并计算出其每年产生的非使用价值为24.749亿元。通过相关性分析可知,受访者的社会属性对支付意愿起决定作用。Contingent valuation method（CVM） is a main method to account non-use value evaluation of biology economic.Sanjiang wetland is one of the most important wetland environments in Heilongjiang Province which has huge use and non-use value evaluation.We used PC questionnaires,educed the average WTP was 64.57 yuan per year,and accounted the non-use value of Sanjiang wetland was 24.749 billion yuan per year.Finally,we recognized that compared to sequenced variables,non-sequenced variables has stronger influence on WTP.
