摘　　要：对客运专线信号设备监测、监控的现场调研,创新管理思路和方法,提出监测、监控系统资源整合的方案设想,开展了"新线新设备、新线新体制"等一系列有益地探索与实践。Through on-site survey of passenger dedicated line signal devices,the authors bought forth a integration scheme of monitoring and control resources in innovative views and methods and carried out a series of useful exploration and practice including launching the program of new line with new equipment and new system.
