摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法测定新一代生态友好型杀虫剂20%垄歌(Flubendiamide)有效成分。流动相为乙腈∶水=60∶40(体积比);色谱柱为Agilent Technologies C18;流速为1.5 mL/min;检测波长为254 nm;柱温为室温;进样量为5μL。试验结果表明,样品的平均回收率为96.66%,精密度为0.10%。Determination of Active Ingredient in New Eco-friendly Type Insecticide 20 % Flubendiamide was established using high performance liquid chromatograph（HPLC）.Mobile phase was acetonitrile：water=（60：40 by vol）;Chromatograph column was Agilent Technologies C18;flow rate was 1.5 mL/min;detection wavelength at 254 nm;column temperature was room temperature and inject volumn was 5 μL.Experimental result proclaimed that sample＇s precision was 96.66 % and 0.10 % respectively.
