摘  要:胜利油田高平1井完钻井深4 535.00 m,水平位移3 814.33 m,垂深948.87 m,位垂比4.02,是目前国内陆上油田位垂比最大的大位移水平井。该井在钻井过程中存在浅层定向造斜不易控制、技术套管下入困难、水平段滑动钻进加压困难、井眼轨迹控制要求高、井壁稳定及安全钻进对钻井液性能要求高等技术难点,为此,采取了优化钻井设计、优选大角度单弯动力钻具、应用高性能乳化防塌润滑钻井液体系、优选钻具组合、应用LWD控制井眼轨迹、采用复合钻进等工程技术措施,有力地保证了该井的顺利完钻。详细介绍了该井的设计与施工情况。Well Gaoping 1,which is located in Shengli Oilfield with total depth of 4 535 m,horizontal displacement of 3 814.33 m and vertical depth of 948.87 m,is an onshore extended-reach horizontal well with the biggest ratio of displacement and true vertical depth(4.02).There are several challenges during drilling,such as trajectory control in shallow formation,intermediate casing setting,weight adding on bit during slide drilling in horizontal section,well trajectory control,wellbore stabilization and drilling fluids quality for safe drilling.A series of measures were used to ensure the success of this well including the optimization of large angle down-hole motor and drilling assembly,adoption of high-performance caving-prevent emulsified lubricant drilling fluid system,using LWD for well trajectory control and composite drilling.The detailed information of design and drilling of this well was described.
