摘  要:由于土库曼斯坦亚苏尔哲别油田存在两个高压、超饱和、窄密度窗口的盐水层,在钻井过程中易发生井漏和井喷事故。控压钻井技术能有效控制井筒液柱压力剖面,使井底压力与地层压力处于平衡状态,从而实现安全、高效钻井。在分析控压钻井技术应用条件的基础上,分析了控压钻井技术在土库曼斯坦亚苏尔哲别油田的适应性,并制定了钻穿高压、超饱和、窄密度窗口盐水层的控压钻井技术方案。控压钻井技术方案在该油田的4口井进行了应用,未发生井漏和井喷事故,顺利钻至设计井深并顺利下入套管。该油田应用控压钻井技术成功钻穿高压盐水层的经验,为今后处理钻井过程出现的类似问题提供了一种可行的解决方法。Lost circulation and blowout accidents are easily occurred during drilling due to two high pressures,over saturation,narrow density window saltwater zones existing in Turkmenistan Azores Area.Managed pressure drilling technology can effectively control the wellbore fluid column pressure profile and make bottom hole pressure in equilibrium with formation pressure,to achieve safe and efficient drilling.Based on the analysis of MPD application condition,this article discusses adaptability of MPD technology in Turkmenistan Azores Area.The drilling program to drill through high pressure,over saturation,narrow density windows saltwater zones was developed.No lost circulation and blowout accidents happened in 4 wells using this technology.The successful application of MPD technology provides a feasible solution for similar problems existing in drilling.
