摘　　要：对肾综合征出血热沙鼠肾细胞Ⅰ型灭活疫苗，在推广应用时应注意的两个问题进行了观察。第一，对免疫病理发生的危险性通过对接种组发生的病例调查和对两次流行高峰前、后接种人群双份血清检测ＥＨＦ．ＶＩｇＧ的结果证实再感染的存在，但无ＡＤＥ发生。第二，在免疫策略方面对疫苗型别的选择与疫苗质量的控制、简化免疫程序、基础免疫与加强注射的时间，接种的对象等提出了建议，供推广应用时参考。Obijective:This article reported two problems that attached importance to us when the Type I inactivated vaccines against EHF were applied.The first was danger occurring immunization pathology.The result indicated that the second infection was existential by the research on the cases of inoculated group and testing double serum EHF.V.IgG antibody of the inoculated population before and after the epidemic peak.No ADE was found among the inoculated population.The second was immunity strategy.We offered some suggestion on the type of vaccine,the control of vaccine quality,the simplification of immunity program and the inoculated population,respectively.
