摘　　要：ISO 18000-6B标签具有全球唯一ID号和远距离识别等特点。标签作为车驾对应的电子镜像,采用车卡和司机卡双卡授权配对方式安全监管车驾。为公安、保险、交通运输、环保和城建管理等多个行业领域的涉车涉驾应用提供服务,发挥标签在"资源型应用"方面的"核心价值",先介绍了ISO 18000-6B标准,然后阐述了涉车涉驾监管的必要性,最后对车卡和司机卡内存进行详细的规划,为探索车驾电子车牌的应用服务奠定基础。ISO 18000-6B tag,with globally unique ID number and remote identification characteristics,and as the corresponding e-image of the car and driver,execute security supervision on cars and drivers through matched dual license cards.Thus the application services could be provided for the car and driver-involved public security,insurance,transportation,environmental protection and urban construction management and other industries,and the tag could a play its core play in the field of resource-based application.This paper first gives the standards of ISO 18000-6B describes the necessity for monitoring cars and drivers,the memory layout for cars,and drivers,license cards,and lays a basis for exploration of e-plate application services.
