摘  要:以Intel 80C196KC单片机为核心的晶闸管触发器的设计,替代了过去的模拟式晶闸管触发器,并能完成数据显示和参数设定等功能,为直流电动机晶闸管调速系统实现数字化提供了前提条件.利用了Intel 80C196KC单片机的优越性,设计了三相全控桥式整流电路的晶闸管数字触发器.该系统具有参数设定方便、硬件结构紧凑、体积小、调试方便、调速范围广、系统可靠性高、稳定性好、实时性强等特点.This paper focuses on shunt DC motor to control the object,and introduces a kind of object with MCS 96 series microcontroller Intel80C196KC as the core of the SCR design,instead of the previous analog SCR triggers.The new trigger can complete data display and parameter setting functions,and provide conditions to digitalize the SCR speed contrd system of the DC motor.Pulse is output through the high peed output port HSO of 80C196KC to realize digital trigger device design and achieve reliable pulse trigger.The parameters can be set on-line and displayed on real-time basis.The system has audible and light alarming function and enhances man-machine interactive operation.The system possesses such advantages as convenient parameter setting,compact hardware structure,small volume,a wide range of adjustable speed,good stability and high reliability of the system and favorable real-time characteristics.
