摘　　要：介绍了快速成形和快速模具技术的主要方法、基本原理及主要应用领域,描述了FDM法制作快速原型的步骤、硅橡胶模具的制作方法和步骤,证明集成RP/RT技术可以大大缩短产品及模具的开发周期,节约开发成本。Main methods,basic principle and application fields of the rapid prototyping and tooling technology are introduced briefly.The procedure of a rapid prototype manufacturing on FDM,the manufacturing method and procedure for a silicon rubber mould are described in detail.It is proved that the integrated RP/RT technology can be used to greatly shorten the period of mould development and lower the cost of production.
