摘　　要：依据流延薄膜机组的生产的控制要求,建立了该机组的PLC控制系统,并根据薄膜的生产工艺流程和控制要求,编制了系统的顺序功能图,完成了系统的硬件的设计。实际生产中验证了系统设计的正确性和可行性,提高了经济效益。According to the control requirements of production of the cast film,the paper establishes the unit＇s PLC control system and in accordance with film production process and control requirements,completes the system＇s sequential function chart and the system＇s hardware circuit design,which are applied to actual production as well as verifyies the correctness and feasibility of the system design,which greatly increases economic effect.
