摘  要:目的研究灵芝孢子油作用下荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的变化。方法采用灌胃的方法给荷瘤小鼠喂药,分为低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,20d后检测荷瘤鼠肿瘤大小,脾脏的变化,脾脏和外周血中免疫细胞的变化以及相关免疫细胞的功能的变化。结果灵芝孢子油可以有效的提高荷瘤小鼠的存活率,并能显著提高荷瘤鼠外周血中的淋巴细胞比率,提高CD4+T细胞比率以及CD4+/CD8+T细胞比;并能增加骨髓来源DC细胞表面CD80和CD86分子的表达,而对脾脏淋巴细胞分布和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力无明显改变。结论灵芝孢子油提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,抑制肿瘤生长并提高小鼠的存活率。Ganoderma Lucidum spores oil is rich in Triterpenes,sterols,fat and fatty acids,which play important roles in adjusting immunological function.Here,we aimed to study immunological function change of tumor-bearing mice with Ganoderma Lucidum spores oil.Firstly,we administrated Ganoderma Lucidum spores oil to tumor-bearing mice with three doses(low,middle and high) every two days.20 days later,we compared tumors size,detected the rate change of immunocytes in spleen and PBMC and checked the changes of peritoneal macrophage and bone marrow dendritic cell in all groups.Then we compared the administration groups with the tumor group,and found that mice survival rate,and lymphocyte rate,CD4+T cell rate and CD4+/CD8+T cell in PBMC can be significantly improved by Ganoderma Lucidum spores oil,furthermore the bone marrow dendritic cell surface markers,CD80 and CD86 were also increased.While subsets of lymphocyte and phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages have few change in spleen.The results showed that Ganoderma Lucidum spores oil can strengthen the immunological function of tumor-bearing mice,suppress tumor proliferation,and improve the survival rate of mice.
