摘 要:目的探索噪声对主动脉弓结构的影响,预防噪声的损伤。方法选择雄性Wistar大鼠33只,采用配伍组设计分为白噪声暴露组(暴露组)、白噪声暴露+丹参灌胃组(丹参组)和正常对照组(对照组)。暴露组每天暴露于(105±1.5)dB(A),频率0.25~8kHz的白噪声中4h;丹参组每天口服浓度为1g/ml的丹参水溶液1.5ml,然后与暴露组同时暴露于相同的白噪声中;对照组不给任何处理。实验2个月后,用光学显微镜观察大鼠主动脉弓的结构,并测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)及其亚组分(HDL2C、HDL3C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDLC)及血糖。结果暴露组9例大鼠主动脉弓结构改变;TC、HDLC及HDL2C比对照组显著降低,TG、HDL3C、LDLC、VLDLC及血糖值无显著性变化。丹参组仅发现2例主动脉弓结构异常;TC、HDLC、LDLC与对照组相比有显著性差异;TG、HDL2C、HDL3C、VLDLC及血糖无显著性改变。结论噪声可损伤主动脉弓的结构,损伤的机理在于降低了HDLC、HDL2C的水平,丹参具?ObjectiveTo probe the possible effects of noise on structure of aorta arch, and to prevent impairment of noise. MethodsAccording to the principle of randomized pair matched design, 33 male Wistar rats were classified into three groups. Exposed group was exposed to white noise with the intensity being (105± 1.5 ) dB(A),and the frequency from 0.25 ~8 kHz four hours a day. Savia group was treated with not only the same level of noise as exposed group, but also administrated with 1 g/ml salvia miltiorrhiza 1.5 ml by oral route. Control group saved as control group without any treatment. After two months, the rats were sacrificed, and their aorta arch were observed with light microscope,and their blood studied. ResultsMorphological changes were found in aorta arch of 9 rats in exposed group.Significant changes were found in the following blood biochemical parameters in exposed group:total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), high density lipoprotein 2 cholesterol(HDL2 C). No significant changes were found in total triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein 3 cholesterol(HDL3 C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C), very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL C) and blood glucose. Pathological changes in aorta arch were observed in 2 rats in group B; TC, HDL C, LDL C were changed significantly in comparison with control group. And TG, HDL C, HDL3 C, VLDL C and blood glucose were not changed significantly. ConclusionIt suggests that noise can impair the structure of aorta arch, and mechanism of trauma of noise is that it decreases the level of HDL C and HDL2 C. And the salvia miltiorrhiza is antagonistic to the noise.
