摘　　要：阐述云南省中德合作二期造林项目中开展村级森林持续经营的实施内容及不同的森林经营区所采取的具体经营方法.提出了开展村级森林持续经营过程中应注意的问题.对项目实施后对生态环境、社会经济、机构人才建设方面的影响及保障措施进行了分析.Implementation contents of village-level sustainable forest management and specific management methods of different forest management area in the second phase of Sino-German cooperation afforestation Project in Yunnan Province were discribed.Problems which should be paid attention to in village-level sustainable forest management were brought forward.The impacts on ecological environment,socio-economy,institutional and personnel development and supporting measures after implementation of the project were analyzed.
