后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺囊肿8例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺囊肿可行性。方法:回顾分析采用后腹腔镜治疗8例肾上腺囊肿的临床资料。结果:所有手术均获成功,行肾上腺全切4例,肾上腺部分切除术3例,囊肿开窗术1例。手术时间平均(48.1±13.4)分钟,术中平均出血(35.5±9.8)ml,平均住院(6.1±2.1)天。结论:后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺囊肿安全可行,应作为首选。Objective： To evaluate the feasibility of retroperitoneoscopic operation for adrenal cysts.Methods： The clinic data from 8 patients with adrenal cysts were retrospectively reviewed.Results： All the patients recovered after treatment and were discharged from the hospital.There were 4 cases of total adrenalectomy,3 cases of partial adrenalectomy and 1 case of unroofing of adrenal cyst.The mean operative time was（48.1±13.4） min,the mean blood loss was（35.5±9.8） ml,and the mean hospital stay was（6.1±2.1） d.Conclusion：The method of applying retroperitoneal laparoscopy to the surgical treatment of adrenal cyst is safe and feasible,which should be the first choice.
