摘  要:针对硅藻原土可操作性差这一缺陷,开展了硅藻土深度物理改性研究,研究结果表明,最佳物理改性工艺条件为原料中硅藻原土的比重80%,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间120min,按照最佳工艺制备得到的改性硅藻土为有一定强度,大小均匀,粒径约为5mm的褐色椭圆颗粒。SEM分析结果表明,硅藻土经过深度物理改性后仍保留原土的形貌特征,形成了由板状颗粒和微小颗粒堆积而成的较大空隙。XRD分析结果表明,高温烧结能改变硅藻土物相组成。用深度物理改性硅藻土对Fe3+进行吸附研究,发现在一定范围内,改性硅藻土对Fe3+的去除率随用土量、吸附作用时间、吸附温度、溶液pH值的增加而增加,随吸附液初始浓度的增加而减小;最佳吸附条件为改性硅藻土用量10g/L,吸附作用时间60min,温度25℃,pH值为4;硅藻土深度物理改性能够显著提高其吸附性能,同时大大提高其可操作性。Because original diatomite is uneasy for operation,deep physical modification of diatomite has been developed.The result show that the best deep physical modification condition is that ratio of diatomite is 80%,baking temperature is 500 ℃,baking time is 120 min.The samples made under the best deep physical modification condition is brown,elliptic particle,their size are uniform and about 5mm.Analysis of SEM show that modification diatomite although have microstructure of original diatomite,big void which has been made by tabular particle and micro particle has produced in the samples.Analysis of XRD show that high temperature baking can change phase composition of diatomite.The absorption experiment of diatomite against Fe3+ has been done with the sample which made under the best deep physical modification condition,the result are as follows,removal efficiency of diatomite against Fe3+ has been improved with increase of modification diatomite dosage,absorption time,temperature and pH,but weaken with increase of initial concentration of Fe3+.The best condition for modification diatomite absorbing Fe3+ is that modification diatomite dosage is 10 g/L,absorption time is 60 min,temperature is 25 ℃,pH is 4.Deep physical modification can obviously improve its absorption property and maneuverability.
