摘 要:本文研究了MgO和SiO2微量添加剂对高纯Al2O3陶瓷机械性能的影响,并将SiO2含量控制在0.4wt%,通过改变MgO的添加量来研究材料的机械性能变化。结果发现,当MgO含量降低时,综合性能随之升高,当MgO含量为0.2wt%时,Al2O3陶瓷出现最好综合性能,致密度达到99.2%,维氏硬度20.22GPa,抗弯强度417.7MPa。并且分析了MgO-SiO2微量添加剂对材料致密度、力学性能以及显微结构的影响,讨论了材料力学性能与显微结构之间的关系。The effects of MgO-SiO2 as trace additives on the properties of Al2O3 ceramic were investigated.In the experiment,the content of SiO2 was constantly at 0.4wt%,the mechanical properties was changed with the change of MgO content.The experimental results showed that when the content of MgO was 0.2wt%,the properties were superior,the relative density was up to 99.2%,Vickers hardness was 20.2 GPa,and the bending strength was 417.7 MPa.However,with the MgO concentration increasing,the properties decreased.This article analyzed the effects of MgO and SiO2 as trace additives on the relative densities,mechanical properties and the microstructures;it also discussed the relationship between the mechanical properties and the microstructures.
