摘  要:论文就球磨机中研磨体大小对水泥熟料的破碎速率、初始破碎分布函数和粒度分布规律进行研究,实验所用研磨体的尺寸为20mm,30mm和40mm,物料为-1.70+1.18mm粒级的水泥熟料。研究结果表明:不同大小的研磨体对水泥熟料的粉磨遵循一级粉磨动力学方程,破碎速率随研磨体尺寸增大;初步研究认为研磨体大小对初始破碎分布参数有一定的影响;粉磨较短时间如16min以前,大尺寸研磨体(40mm和30mm)粉碎得到的细粉量多于小尺寸研磨体(20mm),延长粉磨时间到32min以后,三种研磨体粉碎得到的水泥熟料的粒度分布相当。The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ball size on the grinding kinetics of cement clinker in a ball mill.The grinding media used for the tests were 20 mm,30 mm and 40 mm.Feed size was-1.70+1.18 mm monosize fractions.The specific rates of breakage,primary breakage distribution function and particle size distribution were compared for different diameter ball.Result shows that cement clinker obeys first-order breakage kinetics of different size grinding media.The specific rates of breakage Si increases as grinding media size.The grinding media size has some effect on the primary breakage distribution parameters.It is found that bigger balls(40 mm and 30 mm) produce more fines at shorter grinding periods(1-16min).On the other hand,for longer grinding time(32 min) the amounts of undersize material obtained by using 40 mm,30 mm and 20 mm balls are size rather.
