摘 要:铋层状结构无铅压电材料因其具有居里温度高、品质因数高、击穿强度及各向异性大等特性而受到人们的重视。本文介绍了铋层无铅压电材料的结构特点,综述了该体系压电陶瓷的微量元素与制备工艺对材料压电、铁电性能的影响规律,着重讨论了不同位离子取代对陶瓷性能和结构的影响,概括了制备高取向陶瓷的先进制备技术,并展望了铋层无铅压电材料未来的发展趋势。According to its characteristics such as high Curie temperature,high quality factor,large breakdown strength and anisotropy,lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of bismuth layer structure attract more and more research interests gradually.In this paper,it introduced the structural features of bismuth layer structure lead-free piezoelectric ceramics,summarizes its research of improving piezoelectricity and ferroelectricity of materials by doping vario-property and modify technology,emphatically discusses the influence of the doping in different positions on structure and performance of ceramic,and refers the advanced preparation technology of high preferred orientation ceramic.It also looked forward to the development future of bismuth layer structure Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.
