摘 要:采用电化学合成方法成功地制备出SrMoO4微晶粉体,并运用XRD、SEM、PL等对样品的矿相组成、结晶形貌和光致发光性能进行了表征。研究了在不同电流和电解液组成条件下产物的形成、结晶尺寸、形貌特征,以及同发光性能之间的关系。结果表明,当电解液中无乙二醇加入时,在2 A恒流条件下,产物的颗粒形貌为球形、粒径比较均匀,具有良好的PL性质。在电解液中加入乙二醇时,SrMoO4颗粒粒径变小,结晶形貌也由球形变成具有较大长径比的梭形。以330 nm的激发波长激发样品,所有样品的发射峰中心位于411 nm。PL发射峰强度取决于SrMoO4微晶的尺寸及长径比。在电解液中加入乙二醇,可有效地改善SrMoO4微晶的PL性质。SrMoO4 crystallites with varying morphology were successfully prepared by electrochemical method with the assistance of ethylene glycol(EG).The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and photoluminescent spectra technique(PL),respectively.The results show that SrMoO4 crystallites with homogeneous particle morphology can be obtained at 2 A without adding EG in the electrolytic solution.With the increase of EG content,the spheric SrMoO4 particles eventually grew into shuttle-like shape,accompanied by the gradual decrease of particle size.Moreover,all the powders exhibit a green emission of 411 nm with 330 nm excitation wavelength at room temperature but present different PL intensity,which mainly depends on their particle size and aspect ratio.Adding EG in the electrochemical process would greatly improve PL intensity of the as-prepared SrMoO4 crystallites.
