摘 要:通过6组不同试件的抗压强度和翘曲变形试验,研究了不同橡胶颗粒掺量、不同养护条件对橡胶集料混凝土抗压强度和收缩变形的影响。结果表明:在保证砂率不变的前提下,橡胶集料的掺量,使混凝土强度明显下降;近似等强度的基准和橡胶集料混凝土翘曲和收缩变形值差异较大,因此用弹性模量的大小来评价橡胶集料混凝土自身收缩有待商榷,提出了通过测量构件翘曲变形值的大小,计算构件的收缩应变来评价橡胶集料混凝土收缩性能的方法;无论是非等强度,还是近似等强度及表面涂刷防水剂的近似等强度的基准和橡胶集料混凝土,橡胶集料混凝土的收缩值均大于基准混凝土。According to the six groups of different specimen compressive strength and warping deformation test,the crumb rubber concrete compressive strength and shrinkage deformation under different crumb rubber mixing amount and curing conditions were researched.The results show that under the sand ratio invariable premise,the mixing amount of crumb rubber make the concrete strength decreased significantly.Approximately equal strength of the reference and crumb rubber concrete warping and shrinkage deformation is quite different,therefore,the size of elastic modulus to evaluate the shrinkage of crumb rubber itself is still worth further discussion.This paper put forward that the size of warping deformation of the component was employed to calculate the contraction strain of the component,which was evaluated the performance of crumb rubber concrete shrinkage methods.Whether a non-uniform strength or approximate equal strength and surface water repellent brushing approximate equal strength of reference and crumb rubber concrete,the shrinkage values of crumb rubber concrete are greater than the reference concrete.
