摘  要:目的:建立银杏叶充液胶囊中黄酮和萜类内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为依利特C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相分别为甲醇-0.8%磷酸溶液(47∶53)、四氢呋喃-甲醇-水(3∶7∶17);流速分别为0.8,0.5mL.min-1;紫外检测波长为360nm;示差检测器;柱温均为45℃。结果:3种黄酮和4种内酯均能达到较好的分离效果,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.14%,99.18%,98.81%,99.07%,99.33%,99.40%,98.95%,RSD分别为1.09%,1.16%,1.43%,1.62%,1.76%,1.72%,1.68%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为银杏叶充液胶囊的质量控制的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method for liquid filled capsules of Ginkgo biloba flavonoids and ter- pene lactone. METHODS The high-performance liquid chromatography, column: According to Bartlett CI8 (150 nm× 4. 6 nm, 5 μm) ; mobile phase were methanol 0. 8% phosphoric acid (47: 53), tetrahydrofuran-methanol-water (3 : 7 : 17) ; flow rate, respectively I). 8 mL-min-1 , 0. 5 mL.min -1 ; detectors were UV detector (detection wavelength of 360 nm), differential detector; column temperatures were 45 ℃. RESULTS The three kinds of flavonoids and four kinds of laetone were able to achieve a better separation efficiency, good linearity, average recovery were 98. 14%, 99. 18%, 98. 81%, 99.07%, 99. 33%, 99.40%, 98.95%, RSD respeetively, 1.09%, 1.16%, 1.43%, 1.62%, 1.76%, 1.72%, 1.68%. CONCLUSION This method is sensitive, accurate, specific, which can be'used as an effective method of quality control of liquid-filled capsules Ginkgo biloba.
