摘 要:目的:研究微波提取太子参皂苷的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验法进行优化,紫外分光光度法测定太子参皂苷的含量。考察了药材粒度、微波时间、溶剂倍量、微波时间等主要影响因素。结果:微波提取太子参皂苷的最佳工艺条件为:药材粒度40目、15倍量的溶剂、浸泡6h、微波3min。结论:微波提取太子参皂苷的工艺具有得率高、操作简单、时间短、能耗低等优点。OBJECTIVE. To study the optimal extraction condition of saponins in Radix Pseudostellariae by microwave extraction. METHODS Orthogonal experiments were adopted to analyze the optimal extraction and the content of saponins was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Studied factors of extraction included the size of the material, volume of the solvent, soaking time and extraction time. RESULTS The optimum extraction process of saponins in Radix Pseudostellariae was as follows: smashing to 40 mesh size, soaking 6 h with 15 times solvent,extracting 3 min by microwave. CONCLUSION The microwave extaction has the advantages, such as higher efficiency, simpler extracting process, shorter extracting time, lower exhausting energy, etc.
