摘  要:目的研究扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者三磷酸腺苷敏感性钾通道(KATP)上两个多态性位点(E23K和I337V)与室性心律失常之间的关系。方法选取DCM患者41例,常规12导联心电图及24h动态心电图记录心电资料,并按照室性心律失常评分法进行评分;同时采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)等分子生物学技术,对41例患者KATP上的亚单位Kir6.2进行扩增测序。结果发现E23K突变组和无突变组室性心律失常评分分别是2.71±0.272,1.82±0.431(P<0.05);I337V突变组和无突变组室性心律失常评分分别是2.58±0.273,1.93±0.473(P>0.05)。结论在DCM患者中,E23K多态性与室性心律失常相关,I337V多态性与室性心律失常无明显的相关性。Objective To evaluate the relationship between E23K and I337V polymorphisms in KATP channel and ventricular arrhythmias by studying of the data of 41 patients with dilated eardiomyopathy ( DCM ). Methods All patients were checked by electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram, then were scored with ventricnlar arrhythmias evaluation criterion. Using polymerase chain reaction, the Kir6.2 gene (1.3kb) was sequenced in 41 DCM patients which classified tow group, mutation group and non-mutatlon group. Results The scores of ventricular arrhythmias in two group of E23K was 2.71± 0. 272,1.82 ± 0.431, respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the scores of ventricular arrhythmias in two groups of I337V was 2.58 ±0. 273,1.93 ± 0.473, respectively ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion In patients with DCM, E23 K polymorphism associated with ventricular arrhythmias, whereas I337V polymorphism was not related to it.
