摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,研究新疆普通高校体育教学与训练现状、存在问题以及需要改进的地方,逐步建立并完善以教育系统为主,通过学校课余训练培养竞技体育人才的模式,推动普通高校"体教结合"健康、持续的发展,全面提高学生运动员的素质,提高竞技体育后备人才的效益,充分发挥"体教结合"的积极作用,从而进一步推动学校体育工作的开展。Using the methods of literature study,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,the research of Xinjiang common colleges and universities teaching situation,the existence question and areas in need of improvement,and gradually establish and perfect the education system in school,through the school＇s athletic talents training mode,push the ＂combination of ordinary university health,sustainable development,improve the quality and improve student athlete athletic sports reserve talented person＇s benefit,give full play to the＂ combination＂ of the positive role,thus further promote the school sports work.
