摘 要:采用乙醇胺-N-甲基二乙醇胺-二乙烯三胺(MEA-MDEA-DETA)三元复合胺溶液吸收模拟烟气中CO_2。实验结果表明:MEA-MDEA-DETA 三元复合胺溶液的CO_2吸收速率明显大于DETA溶液和MEA-MDEA复合胺溶液的CO_2吸收速率,但低于DETA溶液与MEA-MDEA复合胺溶液CO_2吸收速率之和;350 mL0.5 mol/L MEA-0.5 mol/L MDEA-0.3 mol/L DETA三元复合胺溶液的CO_2吸收量为0.327 2 mol,小于相同体积0.3 mol/L DETA溶液与0.5 mol/L MEA-0.5 mol/L MDEA复合胺溶液的CO_2吸收量之和;MEA-MDEA-DETA三元复合胺溶液吸收CO_2达到饱和时,溶液pH约为8.0,溶液电位约为-80 mV。MEA-MDEA-DETA三元复合胺溶液吸收CO_2饱和后的再生温度为103℃,一次再生率约为87.5%。The ethanolamine-N-methyldiethanolamine-diethylenetriamine ( MEA-MDEA-DETA ) mixed amine solution was used to absorb CO2 from the simulated flue gas. The experimental results show that: The CO2 absorption rate of the MEA-MDEA-DETA mixed amine solution is much greater than that of DETA solution or MEA-MDEA solution, but is less than the sum of the other two; The CO2 absorption quantity for 350 mL of 0.5 mol/L MEA-0.5 mol/L MDEA-0.3 mol/L DETA mixed amine solution is 0. 327 2 mol, which is less than the sum of that for the same volumes of 0.3 mol/L DETA solution and 0. 5 mol/L MEA-0.5 mol/L MDEA solution; When the MEA-MDEA-DETA mixed amine solution is saturated with CO2 , the pH and the electric potential of the solution are about 8.0 and -80 mV, respectively. The regeneration temperature of the CO2-saturated MEA-MDEA- DETA mixed amine solution is 103 ℃ and its first-time regeneration rate is 87.5 %.
