摘  要:采用电化学沉积法制备了负载Pt微粒和Fe(Ⅲ)的聚苯胺修饰玻碳电极(Pt-Fe(Ⅲ)/PAni/GCE)。通过循环伏安法研究了NO_2^-在该电极上的电化学行为,并优化了实验参数,在此基础上建立了一种用伏安法直接测定NO_2^-的方法。在酸性溶液中,NO_2^-的氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10^(-7)~2.0×10^(-3)mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 6,检出限为4.0×10^(-7)mol/L。采用本方法测定NO_2^-具有较高的灵敏度和较好的重现性。The Pt particle-Fe ( Ⅲ) loaded and polyaniline modified glassy carbon electrode ( Pt-Fe (Ⅲ)/PAni/GCE) was prepared by electrochemical deposition method. The electrochemical behaviors of NO2 on Pt-Fe (Ⅱ )/PAni/GCE were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental parameters were optimized, and a voltammetric method for direct determination of NO2^- was developed. In acidic solution, the oxidation peak current of NO2^- is proportional to the NO2^- concentration in the range of 5.0×10^-7~2.0×10^-3mol/L, the correlation coefficient is 0. 999 6, and the detection limit is 4.0 ×10^-7 mol/L. The method for NO~ determination has a higher sensitivity and a better repeatability.
