摘　　要：新农村低碳经济在国家低碳经济建设中占据重要地位。新农村低碳经济是新时期低碳经济发展的一个主战场,针对新农村低碳经济发展中存在的问题,提出以下对策:增改相应政策与立法;增加政府财政投入;应用绿色建筑设计理念;改变消费方式;农、畜牧业低碳化。The low-carbon economy of new countryside occupies an important position in the construction of low-carbon economy in the country,which is the main battlefield of low-carbon economic development concept in new period.In order to solve the problems which exist in the development of the low-carbon economy of new countryside,this paper proposes several suggestions such as adding and changing relevant policies and legislation,increasing government financial input,using green building design,transforming consumption patterns and low carbon in agriculture,animal husbandry.
