摘　　要：目的探讨灾后救援人员心理状态评估问卷的可行性。方法采用某部医学院专家组自编的灾后救援人员心理状态评估问卷,对特大地震中393名部队一线救援人员进行随机调查,并对该问卷进行信度、效度分析。结果该问卷内部一致性信度为0.885,分半信度为0.830;探索性因素分析揭示该问卷可概括为功能受损、创伤重现/警觉和回避行为3个因子。其中功能受损维度与SCL-90中的躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性等因子有显著正相关;创伤重现/警觉与SCL-90中的抑郁、焦虑和恐怖有显著正相关。结论灾后救援人员心理状态评估问卷具有较好的信度、效度,可作为救援人员心理状况测量工具使用。Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Mental Healthy Status Scale of Rescuers in Earthquake（MHSS-RE）. Methods A total of 393 rescuers in certain earthquake were measured by MHSS-RE and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. Results The reliability coefficients were 0.885 for internal consistence（Cranach α）,and 0.830 for split-half.Using exploratory factor analysis（EFA）,we found three factors： function disorders,re-experiencing/vigilance,and avoidance behavior.The function disorder had significant correlations with somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,and psychoticism;experiencing/vigilance had significant correlations with depression,anxiety,and phobic anxiety.Conclusions With its good reliability and validity,MHSS-RE is an ideal rating scale for measuring the mental healthy status of rescuers.
