痔上黏膜环状切除术联合中医药治疗重度环形混合痔疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗重度环形混合痔疗效。方法回顾性分析我科住院200例重度环形混合痔患者。100例患者行痔上黏膜环状切除术(procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids,PPH),另100例患者行PPH联合中医药治疗。所有患者治疗后随访12个月。治疗后对比2组术后并发症及术后1年复发率。结果单纯PPH治疗组的并发症和复发率高于联合组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗重度环形痔疗效明显优于PPH。Objective To evaluate the effect of PPH combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe ring mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 200 in-patients with severe ring mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups on average： one was treated by PPH,and the other was treated by PPH combined with traditional Chinese medicine.All the data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,including comparing the complications and recurrence rate 1 year after the surgery.Results the complications and recurrence rate in the PPH group were higher than those in the joint group（P0.05）.Conclusions The effect of PPH combined with traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of PPH in the treatment of severe ring mixed hemorrhoids.
