摘　　要：针对西门子S7-200系列PLC模拟量采集成本昂贵的现状,设计了一种适用于S7-200 PLC的廉价解决方案。硬件方面,介绍了模拟量采集模块的构成及与S7-200的连接方法;软件方面,介绍了通信数据包格式、通信协议、数据采集模块的数据上传程序以及S7-200的接口程序。本方案与S7-200原厂模拟量采集模块相比,应用成本大幅度降低。Faced with the high cost status of analog acquisition for S7-200PLC,a cheap programm applied to Siemens S7-200 PLC is designed.The composition of analog acquisition module and connection method with S7-200 are introduced about hardware.Communication packet format,communication protocol,data-upload program of the module and API of S7-200 are introduced about software.Compared with the original analog signal acquisition module of S7-200,the cost of application is decreased greatly.
