摘　　要：考虑城市地下空间的灾害特点和防灾措施,建立了涵盖火灾、炸弹和生化恐怖袭击、水灾、地震四种主要灾种的多层地下交通枢纽安全评估指标体系.根据所建立的多层次指标体系,基于三标度法构造了判断矩阵.采用一种改进的层次分析法,得到了评价指标对各个评价目标的相对权重.研究结果表明,按照所提出的计算步骤,能够有效地为多层地下交通枢纽的多灾种安全评价提供基础数据.Considering hazard characteristics and disaster protection measures of urban underground space,a series of multi-level index systems including fire, terrorism attack by biochemical agent or bomb,flood and earthquake have been established for safety assessment of underground multi-story traffic hub.According to the multi-level index systems,a set of judgement matrices can be established by using three-demarcation method.A type of improved AHP method is selected to obtain values of relative weight of all indices to corresponding evaluated objects.Results of the present study show that the developed procedures can be effectively used to provide basic data for multi-disaster safety assessment of the underground multi-story traffic hub.
