摘　　要：2010年7月,北京市进行了功能核心区行政区划的调整.在上述背景下,以保护古都风貌的新措施为研究对象,进行了较为详细的论述.首先提出了古都北京城涉及的保护、改造、利用三个环节中存在的难点、焦点;其次分析了每个环节产生问题的原因;最后提出了解决这三个环节中存在问题的方法如建立登录制度、扩大融资渠道、制定相关规划等.In July of 2010,the government of Beijing conducted a functional adjustment of administrative divisions of the core area.In this paper,the new measures of protecting the ancient capital of Beijing are studied,and the problems of the ancient capital protection are analysed.Firstly,the three difficulties of the protection,rebuilding and use involved in the ancient capital city of Beijing are proposed;Secondly,the cause of the problem for each link is analysed;Finally,the solution to the problem in the above aspects is put forward in the article,for example,establishment of registration system,expanding the financing channels and development of relevant planning.
