摘 要:"天鲸号"是目前亚洲最大、中国第一艘大型自航绞吸式挖泥船,不仅挖掘能力强、疏浚产量高,而且电站和驱动方式的设计达到国际先进水平。通过"天鲸号"在不同工况下供电情况的分析,具体阐述了功率的分配和电站的管理;并通过各种电压系统的对比确定了本船的电压;针对不同变频设备的特点,详细介绍了直流母线技术和有源前端(AFE)变频技术的具体应用。同时介绍了本船电缆和配线的特点,以及各种辅助电源的适用范围,为国内开展自主设计提供参考和借鉴。"Tianjing" is the largest self-propelled cutter suction dredger in Asia and the first large-scale one in China at present.It not only has a great dredging capacity and high dredging product,but also is internationally advanced in the design of power station and driving means.The power distribution and the power station management are discussed based on the analysis of power supply at different operating modes;The voltage of the dredger is determined according to the comparison of all voltage systems;The application of DC bus technology and active front-end(AFE)converter technique coping with the feature of different frequency conversion equipment is introduced in detail.Moreover,the characteristics of electrical cables and wiring and the application of auxiliary power supply of this dredger are expounded,so as to offer references for development of independent design in China.
