摘　　要：在后国际金融危机时代,我国投资动力亟待实现由政府投资向民间投资转换。但是,我国民间投资存在所有制歧视、产权关系不明晰、行政违法审查机制和司法救济机制缺乏等法制环境障碍,这迫切要求加速法制环境建设步伐,营造公正、公平的社会法制环境。At present,our country has entered the era after the financial crisis,the investment power urgently converting form government investment to private investment.However,there are some legal environment barriers to the development of private investment,ownership discrimination,property rights relations are unclear,administrative law review mechanisms and judicial remedy mechanisms are lack and so on.It is urgent to accelerate the pace of legal environment construction,and create a just and fair society legal environment.
