饥饿程度对星豹蛛体内消化酶活性的影响研究

摘　　要：饥饿是一种主要的环境胁迫因子,会对动物的生理生态产生广泛影响。在室温条件下,对星豹蛛进行不同饥饿程度处理后,就其体内消化酶(淀粉酶、胃蛋白酶)活性进行了研究。结果表明,不同饥饿程度对星豹蛛雌雄成蛛体内消化酶活性影响不同,但在相同饥饿时间内,雌成蛛体内消化酶活性大于雄成蛛。Starvation is a major environmental stress,which has a broad effect on the physiology and ecology of animals.In this study,the predation of Pardosa astrigera adults at different phase of starvation to vegetable aphides and the activities of digestive enzyme（amylase and pepsin） were studied.The results showed that the effects of different starvation phase on digestive enzyme activities of Pardosa astrigera were different.Treated for a same starvation time,the digestive enzyme activities of female spider were significantly higher than those of male spider.
