摘 要:对偃松春、冬两季的叶栖真菌群落结构进行了研究,结果表明,从偃松叶部共分离出21属(种)真菌,均为微型真菌。冬季偃松叶栖真菌分布达到17属(种),优势属为Paecilomyces、Leptographium、Penicillium;春季叶栖真菌分布达11属(种)真菌优势种为Penicillium、Trichoderma和未定名的CYPZ003。当年生针叶与2年生针叶种类数量较接近,但共有种类较少,而且优势种不同。树冠上层种类相对于中冠层、下冠层种类较少。In this paper we report the composition of dendrocola fungi on Pinus pumila.It was shown that there were 21 genus of the fungi isolated from the tree,all these fungi belong to microfungi.In winter,these fungi reach 17 genus,the dominant fungi were Paecilomyces、Leptographium and Penicillium.While that of them in the spring were 11 genus and the dominant were Penicillium、Trichoderma and an unnamed CYPZ003.These fungi were approximately the same number for those inhibitating on annual and 2 year old leaves of the tree,but varied in the common and dominant species.Compared to those in middle and low canopy,the fungi on top were less in number.
