摘　　要：分析了我国2010年3季度电煤供需形势,对4季度电煤供需情况进行了展望。预计4季度全国电煤供需基本平衡,但不排除局部地区、部分时段煤炭供应略显偏紧的可能。最后针对如何提高电煤供应保障提出了相关建议。Based on an analysis of China＇ s supply and demand dynamics of the thermal coal in the third quarter, and an overlook of the supply and demand situation for the fourth quarter, it is predicted that the supply and demand for the thermal coal will generally keep balance nationwide in the fourth quarter, while a slight shortage of the coal supply would occur locally for short durations. Some recommendations are proposed to improve security of thermal coal supply.
