摘  要:采用磷酸铵镁法处理高氮磷比废水,正交试验结果表明对于氮磷物质的量之比为20的废水,在pH值为9.0~10.2时,镁磷物质的量之比是影响磷酸铵镁法除磷效果的主要因素。当pH值为9.5,反应时间为15 min,镁磷物质的量之比为1.3时,磷去除率可达97%以上,且具有良好的适应性和稳定性;对于高氮磷比废水,在保证能达到预期的磷去除率情况下,通过降低所必须维持的pH值和镁磷物质的量之比来节约药剂成本是可行的。MAP process was used to treat wastewater with high N/P ratio,the results of the orthogonal test showed that,for the wastewater with N/P ratio of 20 and pH value of 9.0-10.2,n(Mg) ∶ n(P) was the most significant factor that affect the MAP process removing phosphorus.When the pH value was 9.5,the reaction time was 15 min,the n(Mg) ∶ n(P) was 1.3,the removal rate of phosphorus reached above 97%,and the effluent water had a good adaptability and stability.It could be seen that,for the wastewater with high N/P ratio,under the circumstance that an expected phosphorus removal rate could be achieved,it was feasible to save the reagent cost by decreasing pH value and n(Mg) ∶ n(P).
