摘 要:采用混凝沉淀-减压降膜蒸馏工艺处理丙烯酸酯单体废水。试验结果表明:在pH值为11时,原水的CODCr的质量浓度从143 180 mg/L降到832 mg/L,去除率可达到99.4%,处理后的水可以作为丙烯酸酯单体树脂和车间的清洗用水;处理后的固体可以回收碱,回收的碱可以用于调节丙烯酸酯单体废水的pH值。该工艺处理高浓度丙烯酸酯单体废水简便易行,易于操作,同时实现了废水的循环利用,节约了水资源。Coagulation sedimentation-pressure relief falling film distillation process was used to treat waste-water containing high concentration of acrylate monomers.The results of the test showed that: when the pH value was 11,the mass concentration of CODCr decreased from 143 180 to 832 mg/L,the removal rate reached 99.4%,the effluent water after the treatment could be used as cleaning water for the acrylate monomers resin and workshop.Alkali could be reclaimed from the solid separated from the said kind of wastewater,and the reclaimed alkali could be used to adjust pH value of the wastewater.It could be seen that,using the said process to treat wastewater containing high concentration of acrylate monomers,the operation was easy to handle,and the aim of wastewater recycling utilization and water resources saving could be achieved at the same time.
