摘 要:试验采用铁炭微电解法预处理高浓度拉米夫定制药废水,通过改变进水pH值、铁炭体积比和反应时间等条件考查其对CODCr和色度指标的去除情况。最佳工况参数如下:进水pH值为3,铁炭体积比为2∶1,反应时间为2 h,在反应过程中从铁炭底部加以曝气。结果表明,该工艺处理CODCr和BOD5的质量浓度分别为13 600和1 950 mg/L、色度为3 000倍的废水,其CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到56%和90%,m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)由0.14提高到0.45,废水可生化性得到改善。铁炭微电解法处理拉米夫定制药废水具有操作简便、成本低、处理效果好、不产生二次污染等优点,适合作为拉米夫定制药废水的预处理方法。Iron-carbon microelectrolysis process was used to pretreat high concentration wastewater from lamivudine production,and the effects of influent pH value,volume ratio of iron to carbon and reaction time on CODCr and colority removal were investigated.The optimal condition was determined as follow: the influent pH value was 3,the volume ratio of iron to carbon was 2 ∶ 1,the reaction time was 2 h,the air was aerated from the bottom of iron and carbon during the reaction.The results showed that,using the said process to treat the wastewater with 13 600 mg/L of CODCr,1 950 mg/L of BOD5 and 3 000 times of colority,the removal rates of CODCr and colority reached 56% and 90% respectively,and the m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) increased from 0.14 to 0.45,the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved.Iron-carbon microelectrolysis process has the advantages of easy operation,low cost,good treatment effect and no secondary pollution;therefore,for pretreatment of wastewater from lamivudine production,it is a proper process.
