槲皮素对血管内皮细胞生长及NO产生的影响

摘　　要：采用MTT法检测槲皮素对血管内皮细胞生长的影响,用Griess法检测槲皮素对正常血管内皮细胞及ATP(三磷酸腺苷)、NA(去甲肾上腺素)作用下的血管内皮细胞NO产生的影响。结果表明,槲皮素对血管内皮细胞的生长及NO分泌没有影响,但能拮抗ATP和NA对血管内皮细胞NO产生的促进作用,这个作用可能与离子通道有关。MTT method was used to detect the influence of quercetin on the growth of ECV3041 cells and Griess method was utilized to detect the effect of quercetin on NO generation of normal and ATP or NA - induced ECV304 cells. Quercetin had no significant influence on the growth and NO generation of ECV304 cells, but could counteract the enhabcement activity of ATP and NE on the NO generation of vascular endothelial cells.
