摘　　要：校园安全文化是社会安全文化和校园文化的子系统,是高等学校在长期办学、育人、发展实践中积累的具有高校特色的安全物质财富和安全精神财富的总和。本文从分析高校校园安全文化内涵和功能出发,结合现状,从安全素质的培养、安全环境的营造两个层面探究高校校园安全文化的建设途径。Campus security culture is a subsystem of social security culture and campus culture.It is also the sum of all security material wealth and security spiritual wealth typical of colleges and universities and accumulated in the practice of schooling,education and development.This paper starts with an analysis of the cultural connotation and the function of college campus security culture system.With a combination of the current situation,it attempts to probe into the means and directions of the construction of college campus security culture from the perspectives of the cultivation of security competence and the building of a secure environment.
