大学生创业能力培养“方桌”模型构建研究——基于独立学院的实证分析

摘　　要：如何提高大学生的创业能力,构建和完善大学生创业能力培养体系,已成为新形势下高等教育研究的一项重要课题。本文从实证研究入手,分析了影响大学生创业能力的因素,并据此提出了以创业课程、创业环境、创业者联盟、创业孵化为四个支点的"方桌"创业教育体系模型。How to improve the students＇ entrepreneurial ability,and how to build a proper training system for students to improve their entrepreneurial ability are two essential issues in higher education research.Based on the empirical research in some independent colleges,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the students＇ entrepreneurship,and proposes a model called ＂Square-table＂ for entrepreneurship training which is composed of entrepreneurship courses,entrepreneurial environment,the entrepreneur union,and entrepreneurial incubation.
