摘 要:目的测定黄连解毒汤中黄芩苷含量。方法以黄芩苷为标样,采用紫外双波长分光光度法,分别以289nm和353nm作为测定波长和参比波长,测定了黄连解毒汤中黄芩苷的含量。结果黄芩苷在6~18μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),日内RSD为0.67%,日间RSD为1.11%,平均回收率为101.24%。结论本方法操作简单、稳定可靠,为黄连解毒汤中黄芩苷的质量控制提供了方便可靠的手段。Objective To establish a method for determing the content of baicalin in Coptis decoction for detoxification. Methods Baicalin as standard sample, a dual-wavelength UV spectrophotometric method was used to determine the baicalin content in coptis decoction for detoxification. The wavelengths for measurement and reference were 289 nm and 353 nm, respectively. Results The linearity between concentration and absorbance of baicalin as standard was ranged from 6 to18.0 μg/ml, the correlativity 0.999 6, the RSD 0.67%(intraday) or 1.11%(interday), and the recovery 101.24%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and has potential application to the content determination of baicalin in Coptis decoction for detoxification.
