摘　　要：目的:探讨多排螺旋CT脑血管造影(CTA)对脑供血不足的诊断价值。方法:对132例脑供血不足病例进行检查。132例患者行CTA检查后,共发现阳性病例81例,颈部至头颅底阳性49例,颈部及颅内同时发生病变27例,单独头部阳性9例,检查正常病例51例。结果:CTA能清楚显示颈部及颅内动脉病变的部位、形态、供血动脉及其与周围结构的关系,对指导治疗具有重要参考价值。结论:CTA是一种简便、快速、灵活、安全的检查方法,对寻找病灶、指导手术提供了一种客观、实用、可靠的影像资料。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of computed tomographic angiography （CTA） in insufficient cerebral blood-supply.Method CTA were performed on 132 cases with insufficient cerebral blood-supply,including 81 positive cases （49 in cervical part to basalis,27 both in cervical part and intracrane,9 only in head）,and 51 with normal exam.Results CTA could distinctly provide the lesion site,shape,blood-supply artery and relation with around structures in cervical and intracranial artery,with important referred value for guiding treatment.Conclusion CTA is a simple,quick and reliable examine method,and provides objective,practical and reliable imaging information for guiding surgery.
