摘 要:高职高专教学重点从知识到能力的转变必将引起考核重点向就业能力的侧重,即对学生与职业相关的知识、技能和态度的综合测评。为帮助英语教育专业的学生尽快熟悉教师岗位,尽早成为一名称职的中小学英语教师,分析就业能力的内涵、就业能力考核的质量标准,并以此为基础剖析我校高职高专英语教育专业考核体系现存的问题,提出明确考核目的、扩大考核信息量、强调考核的认知复杂性、提高形成性考核比例等一系列改革措施。The key point for education in vocational and technical colleges changes from knowledge to capacity,which inevitably leads emphasis of assessment to the employability,namely a comprehensive assessment system of knowledge,skill and attitude related to profession.In order to help students majored in English education be familiar with the post of a teacher as quickly as possible and become a competent English teacher in an elementary and secondary school as early as possible,this paper analyzes the connotation of employability,quality standard of assessment of employability,and then analyzes existing problems in the current assessment system of the English education major in the author’s school,and lastly puts forward a series of reform measures including specifying aim of assessment,expanding amount of assessing information,emphasizing cognitive complexity of assessment,enlarging the percentage of formative assessment and so on.
