摘  要:气基流体钻井方式主要包括纯气体钻井、雾化钻井、泡沫钻井及充气泥浆钻井等,各钻井方式气液流量、气液比例相差较大,环空流态迥异,对地层的适应性,钻遇复杂事态时的应对措施及处理效果是不同的。本论文在理论分析的基础上,结合大量实践,对气基流体钻遇复杂情况时的钻井转换技术进行了系统剖析,形成了切实有效的解决现场实际问题的工艺措施和方法。另外,论文还对伊朗TABNAK-3井气基流体钻井转换技术进行了介绍。The methods of gas-based fluid drilling mainly include the pure gas drilling,mist drilling,foam drilling and the aerated drilling.As for these ways,there are big differences in gas-liquid flow rate,gas-liquid ratio,flowing behavior of the annular,and the adaptability to the formation,furthermore,the responding measures and the dealing results of encountering complex conditions are also different.Based on the method analysis and the field practice,this paper systematically analyses the conversion process used for encountering the complex conditions in the gas-based fluid drilling,and introduces the practical and effective processes and methods to solve the field problems.In addition,this paper provides the practical conditions using the conversion process of gas-based fluid drilling in TABNAK-3 well of Iran.
