摘  要:随着新疆油气勘探开发工作由浅层向深层的迈进,深层石炭系火山岩地层可钻性差、机械钻速慢的问题越来越突出。新疆油田借鉴国内外油田的实际经验,针对采用常规钻井方式钻深部火山岩地层,难以实现机械钻速突破的难题,尝试采用气基流体钻井方式提速,在部分井取得显著的提速效果。本文主要结合新疆油田深层石炭系火山岩勘探中采用气基流体钻井的两口井的具体情况,简要介绍新疆火山岩气藏气基流体钻井提速技术。With the advancement of oil and gas E&D in Xinjiang oil field from medium to deep reservoir,the problem of low ROP when drilling caused by high mechanical property of deep volcanics of Carboniferous is becoming more outstanding.The gas-based fluid drilling technology was tried in Xinjiang deep volcanics drilling to improve ROP which is difficult to resolve by using conventional drilling methods,and got significant result in partial wells.Based on two application cases in deep volcanic of Carboniferous in Xinjiang oil field,this paper briefly introduces the ROP improvement technology by using gas-based fluid drilling in volcanics gas reservoir in Xinjiang.
