摘  要:泥浆脉冲随钻井底压力监测系统是指在钻井过程中,将真实的井底压力这一关键钻井参数,进行动态采集并利用水力脉冲方式实时传输,经地面接收还原成井底压力数值的一套钻井实时监测系统,业界简称"PWD"系统。MWD无线随钻测量仪是对定向井、水平井井眼轨迹实时监测并指导完成井眼轨迹控制的测量仪器。本文叙述一种可以动态采集井底压力、温度、井斜、方位、工具面数据,并实时传输至地面的系统(PWD+MWD),以实现对井底压力、井眼轨迹精确控制的目的。The bottom hole pressure monitoring system while drilling using the mud pulse called 'PWD' system by the drilling industry refers to a set of real time drilling monitoring system which dynamically gathers the real bottom hole pressure,a key drilling parameter,transmits them using the hydraulic pulse in real time,accepts them at surface and decodes them into the bottom hole pressure value.MWD wireless measurement instrument is a kind of measuring instrument monitoring the well trajectories in real time and guiding the well trajectory controlling in directional and horizontal wells.This paper presents the system(PWD+MWD)which can dynamically collects the bottom hole pressure,temperature,inclination,azimuth,and the tool face datum and transmits them to the surface in real time to realize the objective of accurate controlling of the bottom hole pressure and the well trajectory.
