新型管外封窜工艺技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对传统使用水泥承留器循环封窜风险较高和笼统挤封封窜效果较差的问题,提出了新型管外挤封封窜的工艺技术路线,针对性的完成了工艺技术的改革和现场施工方案的优化,现场实施2口井,不仅取得了良好的封窜效果,并且大大降低了施工风险和费用,同时起到了良好的增油效果并抑制了套损趋势的发展,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。The traditional ways of sealing remains a higher risk,mking Sealing effect worse,so a new sealing technique is presented here targeting the reform of process technology and Optimization of the on-site construction,Through implementation of the two wells on the spot,not only a good channel blocking effects sobtained,but also the risk and cost of construction are reduced greatly.a good oil output and inhibition form casing damage are got at the same time,which has good economic and social benefits.
